Appointments:

We highly recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability and minimize waiting times. Walk-ins are welcome, but priority will be given to clients with appointments. We strive to accommodate all clients to the best of our ability.


Punctuality:

We value your time and strive to maintain a punctual schedule. Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid delays. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but tardiness may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.


Cancellation and Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.


Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. We do not accept personal checks. For services requiring multiple appointments or extensive time, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Service Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately so we can address any concerns. We offer complimentary adjustments within a reasonable timeframe to ensure you leave feeling confident and happy with your experience.
